About Morgan Tilton

Hi my name is Morgan Tilton I'm now in 9th grade at Holy Cross School, a lot has happened over the last year, it's hard to believe that over the course of these campaigns time has flown by so fast.  I thought I would take a little time out and give everyone a little more information about myself. I have two brothers Cole in 5th grade and Hunter in 2nd grade, they both go to St. Marys school in Bordentown. We reside in Mansfield NJ, with my 3 dogs, Rumbles, Cairo and Kringle and of course my parents. My hobbies are playing soccer for the U14 travel team, the Marlton Flames. I'm involved in a few clubs at school, and try to keep busy with extra activities that pop up. I enjoy riding horses when the weather permits, and of course soccer for Holy Cross in Delran NJ.

Morgans Way will keep evolving into bigger and better things. My plan is to complete the non profit registration and continue to aid those in need. The new MorgansWay will focus on affordable housing. I hope to have this done in the next 2 months.

Stay tuned for our new website.

You may be wondering why I chose to set up Morgans Way?
I choose to do Morgan’s Way when one of my friend’s dads was deployed to Iraq. I wanted to find a way to help with anything that I can as he is risking his life for our safety. When her dad was emailing my dad he was talking about the Iraqi families who were for the new Iraq and Pro USA. Some of those families who support the USA and work with the USA are forced to live on the base in the green zone; the living conditions are not so nice. I’m doing this drive to make a difference in those families’ lives as well and as our soldier’s lives and to let them know we care. I sit back and see other kids my age with the luxuries of Uggs, Coach, cells phones etc. Which I’m just as guilty of, but I think that some added good and sacrifices can be made for others as well who are very unfortunate to be in that mess and I’m willing to start the cause. I can’t do it all myself and that’s why I need your help to put a smile on a child and a US soldier’s face this year. Each soldier and child will get a Smile Pack put together exclusively for them through your generous donations. So far this is about 350 to 400 packages and counting. We would like to send out as many smile packages as we can before and after the Christmas season. Most, if not all will be delivered after the Christmas season. I originally set a personal goal of raising $50,000 in donations, figuring that would be very hard to do. The response so far as been huge, to date we have brought in about $70,000 in product donations with commitments for another $35,000 at last count. Our biggest shortfall may wind up being in the cost of shipping the products there. I have some cash donations set aside for this and buying toiletries that we may fall short on. With the continued support we should make a difference in hundreds of people’s lives and days. Hopefully everything will work out great in the end. But we will keep trying to raise what we need to make this an overall success.

Hope this sheds a little light on who I am and what I’m hoping to accomplish.

Thank you for your time and generosity.

Morgan Tilton
